1977 110

Finding an old mint Buck knife like that is like finding buried treasure - NICE! Really fine piece of wood in the handle too. OH

Old Hunter, the previous owner had tried sharpening it and the bevels were screwed up,my dad bought it knowing this and sent it to Buck to have the bevels reground and polished. The sheath looks unused but the belt loop is cracked at the top.The grind on the right side of the blade was much narrower at the tip than the one on the left side and he gave the knife to me.I used a KME guided sharpening set to even the grind and am going to make a belt sheath and use the rascal. This came after I had went to Smoky Mountain Knife Works and almost bought a new 110 til I handled one and was put off by the plywood scales and lackluster fit and finish the one I looked at had.I was telling him about how disappointed I was and he went and brought this one and gave it to me.It is going to me my new old user.
