1st folder in the works and other stuff

Just wanted to show what ive been working on
I need to find more time to finish some stuff up
ooo and i now think i need a mill and one of the nice tapperes broke a tap in the Ti but folders so far have been teaching me alot about taking my time

If you break a tap off in Ti soak it in ferric chloride overnight and the tap will vanish, leaving your Ti unharmed.

thanks for the tip i was goingto drill it larger and re tap
that saves me some time and work

the super geto way dremel tool cutting blades in the drill press on max speed
clamped the Ti in a vice and slid it across the table into the cutoff blade
i really think i see a mill in the near future
i can post a pic or to if need be im not realy good about getting my point across with words
