Recommendation? 1st Gas Forge (Purchase not build)

I am looking into my first forge and want to make sure I make a good decision. However, I'm not finding a ton of product comparison reviews online.

My criteria:

• Semi-Portable. I will store it in my garage and move it right outside my garage for use.
• Medium Size. For now I'm not going to make anything big but I don't want to get something too small and regret the purchase in a couple of years.
• Can reach forge welding heat.
• Budget. $500 for now - for a good reason I can increase that.

The forges I like are:
