Has anyone ever seen one of these, and was it done by Spyderco ? 1st gen Endura w plastic clip.
 
Theres also an emblem or logo (looks japanese) on the flat not sure if some company made a few of these or not....
 
Looks like someone's attempt at making an Emerson wave style opener out of it, but I could be wrong. Or bottle opener?

Never seen one like that before.

I think this is the correct answer, although the pics I've seen of such modifications have the notch cut closer to the spydie hole. I'll see if I can find the old thread discussing it.
