Check it out! Just made my first hawk! Solid 6/4 Titanium! Very little work involved! I'm not sure what all the pounding, finishing, handle work, etc is all about, to be honest! :barf:

Actually, this is half of a 6/4 "horseshoe" from Halpern Titanium. I ordered two horseshoes of 0.09" thick and was thinking I'd have enough to mess up a couple of small folders before I decide I don't want to make folders for another 6 months or so. When I opened the box and found 4 of these suckers in there (I think they were $6 or $9 a piece!) I couldn't believe it! I can ruin tons of projects with this much material! Anyway, this hawk is so comfy it doesn't even need to have a handle or anything. Sweet!

You say "hawk" in a jokeing manner, but you wait, someone will make a finished one with a similar shape! :D

PMoore, you bet your as$ I take Paypal! There is $3 sunk into this piece, but with all the labor (opening the box, taking the picture, uploading, posting this message, etc) and the fact that no one in history has ever or will ever make another hawk like this, I think $390 plus $45 shipping and handling would be appropriate. For another $600 I'll even remove the lettering from the other side!

Wait! I can beat his price, I have 10 just like it! I have been selling these babies like hot cakes, as state of the art titanium boomarangs!

Jon
