Hey there guys.
My 1st post here, so hi!
I've been lusting after a new (good) knife for a while (jus' an EDC). Haven't ever owned anything other than $30 folders which have served the purpose, but now I'm after something that I can keep, rather than have it fall apart in a year. Oh yeah, a few Swiss Armys too.
I've been doing a bit of research and it seems the Spydercos have a good rep. I was thinking maybe a Delica or a Manix 2 as they're nice and legal. I'm in London, so the cutting edge of the blade has to be less than 3".
Is it just a matter of personal preference when it comes to serrated vs. plain egde? Combos would seem pretty logical to me.
I'm probably looking to spend around the 100-150 USD mark, and I'm also open to anything other than a Spyderco. Oh yeah, and I'm pretty superficial, but I'd really dig a black coated blade.
Hence the Delica2 Black blade or Manix2 Black.
Cheers for the help and thanks in advance!
Chris
