My first knife purchased from recommendations of this group were the limited edition G-10 Le Griffe by Fred Perrin.

Just got a SOCFK -B with a serial number (two digits), made in 2001.

Are all SOCFKs Numbered? Does a 2 digit number have any value? (There are actually 3 digits, but the first one is '0').

I got it at GREAT price and got it quick. I have the box, also numbered.

The only complainint is the really thick chisel edge. Sharp, but won't shave since the edge is ground at such a steep angle (about 30 degrees)

Thanks,

pat

It'll shave...I get a couple of nice smooth bald spots on my arm every time I sharpen my cqc7. It's either not shaving sharp or your running the blade the wrong way. Try holding the flat side down towards the skin. I don't know about the serial numbers - sorry.
