[/IMG] Ok I'm going to start by saying first I just found the fourm and I've learned more in minutes here then days anywhere else. So this is my first shot. So I started with cheapest stuff I could find for my first knife circular saw blade steel and tools I had and the handles and sheath are from an old pallet I had laying around. So I've learned most importantly start with known steel and better handle material. The knife is designed from a knife I seen in you tube. There is a metal inlay in the sheath and magnets to retain the blade. The scales are exopyed on and where shaped in place I know big No no and b@%!ch to get good finish on the blade. So far its finished to 400 grit and the handles finished to 220 I noticed that sanding the blade kept discoloring the scales I know now tape the scales. But for just sanding its pretty Sharp cuts paper pretty good. So thoughts improvments ideas harsh words let's see what happens.

Not too shabby for a first knife!

You need pins or something in addition to the epoxy.

Handle shape like pretty good. A little dramatic change from the width from the front to middle to the back but much better than most first handles.
