1st Spydie for the new year

Cool little Spydie, NGK, I hope to pick one up sometime this year. ;)

I'm waiting for my first Spydies for 2003 to come in; a Spyderco Standard PE and a Massad Ayoob PE (# 692) w/ neck rig. The race is on to see which will make it home first. :D
 
My 1st Spydie for 2003 should arrive tomorrow or Friday...It's a stainless fully serrated (ATS-55) Police model that I recently traded for, with a fellow forumite.
 
Ran into my KAT on part of a trade Tom and I wasn't a big AUS-6 fan before, but I gotta admit I like this knife alot.
Sharpens almost silly easy, and the Phantom lock is just plain addictive to play with.

If you asked me this time yesterday, I would've said mine is going to be a Standard, since I've been gunning for one of them for a long time now, and I've finally made up my mind to get one. But it looks like I'm trading into a titanium Salsa, so I guess that one gets to be first.

Still need a Standard, though.

I picked up a Meerkat at a C&E show two weekends ago. It's a great little knife. I already had the Navigator on who's frame the Meerkat is built so I new that the ergonomics would be excellent. James A., I know what you mean about the Ti Salsa I'm going to have to get one soon.
 
Christmas gift, along with a BM710HS.

Can't decide which I like best, both are great knives.

I guess I'll just have to keep both of them in rotation.

Just got my first Spydies today also.

Blue Salsa PE (was a trade with KBR for that Ayoob) :)
MeerKat PE 440C,(bought from macvsog)
I think I'm really going to like the MeerKat, great handle, cool lock and great blade shape.

It's been one great knife day for me :D

I received my Police model today (my 4th!), so now I have my 1st Spydie for 2003.:).
