1st Time to Slice an Apple with 6 Different Knives

I was hungry for an apple and decided I might as well do a slicing test. I went back and forth slicing and re-slicing, until I was satisfied that my thoughts were accurate. The only real surprise was that the PM2 was the clear winner and that the Bowie wasn't last. The Stretch Pro-Grip is a second-hand knife that I've never sharpened, so it might have gotten cheated.

The PM2 is really great for just about everything. Tonight I'll just sit in front of the t.v. and enjoy flipping it.
