1st year of manufacture?

Is there a thread or information somewhere when production Emerson knives were first introduced (each style)?
If not can we start one here? I am interested in knowing when the Commander
first came about? I know wiki might have info but it would be nice to see each model year at a glance.

CQC-15 first year of manufacture is 2007. It was my first Emerson.

I have a '99 CQC7b (Satin finish CE tanto), but I "thought" that it's the 2nd yr they were made. I could be wrong, but I thought the CQC7s were also started in '98.
