Thanks to this forum and the excellent assistance and service from Kershawguy, I the proud owner of a new ZT 0561. It's my first ZT and certainly won't be my last. It's smooth as silk and locks up perfectly tight. It's actually a bit tough to unlock but I'm comfortable with this. I don't mind the lock being super secure. Oh, it's also my first flipper. In the past, I've only used thumb studs or Spyder holes. I had been anti-flipper because at some point I had handled a poorly designed one which left me with a bad view of them. This well designed flipper has caused me to become a convert, at least in this case.

Kershawguy Dave provided great service. He responded to my emails almost immediately and shipped with zero delays. He's definitely going to be getting more of my business.

OP, I'm disgusted with myself for not using Kershawguy Dave before last week. I really like supporting smaller businesses and his shipping was lightning fast. Anyways, I've known about him for quite some time (from bladeforums) but since I wasn't a member, I never thought to order. Welp, he's got himself another loyal customer here. If he's got it, I'm ordering from him from now on.

Make sure you email him for his current price list. Cheapest ZTs around. Especially the 30x and 56x. I also have to get a stonewashed 700 from him before they are gone. Then there's the skd.

I don't have anything against blems, but you could pick up a 200kw new from him for about 20 more than a blem. Had mine for 2wks now and love it.

i love the flipper! its a secondary safety to me, and a heck of a lot of fun to play with. havent ordered from kershawguy yet, but with all the good press i might give it a go. he's got a 0301 blem for like 165 that might be mine shortly...

Yup i wouldn't hesitate, Dave is a great guy. And the 301 blem is a great deal.

I could, but I am getting it and immediately sending it out for customization that will void the warranty, so I will ask him if he has any blems that are worse for a bit cheaper.
