I'm not posting these in the Exchange because, frankly, I don't want money for them. They are free for the taking for anybody who has a 1x42 and believes earnestly that they will use them.

Here's what I got:

Aluminum/Oxide belts - 60 grit (13)
A/O belts - 80 grit (3)
Blue Zirconium belts - 80 grit - (7)
A/O - 120 grit - (5)
A/O - 180 grit - (5)
A/O - 220 grit - (1)

These belts are all brand new - just have some dust on 'em....the A/O belts are great for rough-shaping wood and the Blue-Zirc belts work well hogging on steel.

They were purchased from Discount Abrasives

Just was looking at my great wall-o-belts in my shop and realized that I was no longer using these grits on my 1x42 anymore. So, hopefully somebody else can make use of them. I think they'll all fit in a $5 priority mailbox. Just remember me and my family in your thoughts, and that'll do.

Nice knife in your sig line Dan! It's probably been there awhile, but I just noticed it. Looks familiar... (-:

(Hey, refreshed and it changed! I can't keep up with you... ;) )

Regards,

Norm

Dan, that was nice of you- thank you.

No, folks, I did not get them. I've a drawer full of belts as it is.

seems my webhosting has haywired....off to check with customer service.

p.s. Norm, it's on auto-change. Simple php code. just grabs a random image from a folder on my site. ;)

THAT is a record ! :)

Nah, back in the good old days the Duck sponged up stuff while the kamis were still taking the leaf springs off of the truck.

:D

Dang...and here I am working up an order.

Is Discount the cheapest you found Dan?

for the 1x42 belts - yes.

You can mix/match the A/O "X" weight belts. The others have to be bought in packs of 10 (IIRC).
