Benchmade 42 -- This knife has been flipped minimally. It comes in the box with the velcro Balisong sheath. The Ti handles are in excellent shape and have no wear, dings, or dents. The plain edge blade is made from 154CM. The pivots are quite tight with very little wobble. The spring latch locks the knife up tight whether opened or closed. No squeak in the pivots while flipping. Excellent to very good condition. There are very slight rub marks on either side of the blade from minimal rubbing against the handles. I tried to show these in the pictures and you can plainly see them. These rubs are barely seen until tilted in light at the proper angle. The very tip of this knife was not ground fully from the factory and can be seen in the pics below. PayPal price -- $475.00 USPS MO price -- $456.50
Benchmade 42 Lmtd. Edition #350 / 500 SS handles. D2 blade. Zen pins. Only 500 of these were made as indicated on the blade. Tight pivots that offer very little wobble. This knife has been flipped very little and comes in the box with the velcro Balisong sheath. The spring latch locks the knife up tight whether opened or closed. SS handles have always been the most fun to flip as far as I'm concerned. This model is exceptional with the inclusion of the Zen pins and spring latch that stays out of your way. There is one rub on the blade from contact with the handle. It is right where the Limited Edition #350 / 500 laser engrave is so it is very unobtrusive, but can be seen in the pics below. Again, this is only visible at the right angle in light. PayPal price -- $675 USPS MO price -- $648.75
