Awesome piece..! I like the very clean appearance, and the
quite different spey blade is a unique and appreciated touch...

that background is trippin me out!
Pretty nice knife though:cool:

I can see why you might like slipjoints...another superb piece.

That backround is some interesting material.

Bruce,

Classic elegance is all I can say. Your versatility as a maker never ceases to amaze me.

Very nice indeed, Jon

Nice looking trapper! I like what you did with the Spey blade, very attractive.

That is just fantastic Bruce. Is this your first two-blade?

Roger

This is the third one and the most refined so far. I tend to make them too thick but this one I surfaced both blades down and thinned the scales and bolsters down too. Its amazing how just a few thousands here and there makes such a differance.

Thanks much.

Good point Bruce - a slim profile and ease of carry is what lends to my general preference for single blade slipjoints. But this one does look commendably lean and trim and I would feel lucky indeed to have it in my pocket.

Heres another view that shows how wide it is. It houses two full sized blades. I'm working my way up to a 3 blade but will undoubtably have to thin a couple of those.
