My first post here but oddly excited about this little hardware swap I did. Bought 2 Civivi Mini Shakan. Red came with black hardware and black came with steel hardware. Wanted an all black knife of this size with the button lock. So when I got them, I swapped the hardware. The black came out as expected and I really like it, but the red one took me by surprise and came out really slick looking. I definitely like it more than with the black hardware.
I know they're not the fancy knives that are generally posted here, but I'd hate to be modding a $500+ CRK. I do have a small Sebenza that I really enjoy.
