DIRECTIONS:

From the WEST

MASS PIKE 90 east, pay tolls in Newton and continue east on MASS PIKE 90.Take
exit 18 Cambridge -this is left hand side of the road exit. After paying
50cent toll, take the right fork, toward Cambridge. Continue straight, going
over a bridge over the Charles River. From the bridge, continue straight 1.8
miles. Turn left at the light ( Dunkin Donuts is on the left ). Turn right
at the next light. Go through one light and take a left at the next light
onto Bow St. Go right at the next fork, following the Somerville Hospital
sign. No Frills is ½ mile down on your left.

From the SOUTH

Take 95 North to 90 east and follow the directions above. WITH THE BIG DIG,
GOING THRU BOSTON ON 93 is PROBABLY NOT A GOOD IDEA.

From RT 2

Take RT 2 East all the way to the end. Stay left to continue onto 3N 16E for
0.3 of a mile. Turn right onto Mass Ave. Go 1.2 miles on Mass Ave, getting
into the left lane as you enter Porter Square. Turn left in Porter Square (
at the large red parachute sculptures ) onto Somerville Ave. No Frills is
0.6 mile on the right.

From 93S

Take exit 31. Turn right at the light. Follow this road straight until it
ends in a rotary. Go across the rotary, and follow the sign to Davis
Square. In Davis Square, go left onto Elm street. Stay to the right when
this road splits. When this road ends at a stop sign, turn left onto
Somerville Ave. No Frills is on your right.

Tuhon McGrath's seminars are great. I attended one last year. He carefully explained each movement. When doing drills, he kept rotating training partners, allowing us to train with different people and himself. I wish he still held seminars in NYC.

Definitely will get your $ worth. Prepare to sweat. The man just keeps on going!

Caution. He likes funky music with the training.
