Yard saleing has started in the boonies, axe fix time of the year. Found this 2 1/2 pound Walters today for 2 bucks. Has a few deep dings that I think are factory original, but the blade seems pretty full and clean otherwise. I have taken the black paint off to find a really nice brown patina. I'll post finished pics after I hang it on Monday.

Hello Robin...I have one Walters in my collection. They are rare here. She is one of the best balanced axes I have ever picked up.

Great find Robin. Anxious to see it hung and finished. Even more anxious to see some of your exquisite forged pieces and leather work.
