Curt Erickson finished up these two in time for the prestigious 2008 Solvang show. His new bride is the extremely talented Julie Warenski-Erickson.

Buster was his mentor and his influence is legendary. I find these knives especially well-conceived and are a wonderful extension of this genre.

Julie's work elevates every piece she touches, and these will be cherished in collections and museums long after we have passed.

Wonderful stuff. Another league entirely.

Oh wow, that second one is sweet! I love the blue handle, not to mention the craftsmanship on both.

Not really my style of knife, but the design, fit/finish and execution are extraordinary.

Curt's range of talent is amazing.

WOW & WOW! And let's have a big round of applause for the photographer! Thanks for another one Coop! Really nice work!

Well, what can I say, those are absolutely gorgeous daggers. I had seen Curt's images of those already, but your images, as usual, show Curt's daggers just as they look in person and they are absolutely gorgeous. I have been giving great thought to the bottom one, lemme tell ya.

EDIT: I suppose I ought to show two more bits of Erickson/Warenski eye candy from Curt, too. More of Coop's beautiful images.

I am having a really hard time not coveting that beautiful blue rock handled dagger in your post, Coop.

That stag is out of this world.
I believe that amber stag fighter is my favorite Erickson.:thumbup::thumbup:

The photos, well they are coop photos. :thumbup::thumbup:

Kevin, give it about a year and I think he will start taking orders again after all these years.

I have probably had more unsolicited offers to take that fighter off my hands than any knife I own, except for one of the daggers, perhaps. At some point I am supposed to have an exact matched Bowie to it, and am hoping it will happen in 2008.

It was daggers like those that made me really want to make knives in the first place.

I really don't even know what else to say beyond that!

Those are amazing pieces, thank you for sharing.

You did a great job with the pics. The colors are coming across vibrantly.

I must commend him on having a much nicer logo on the new pieces. You can compare it to the older, block letters logo on the other knives in this post. I think that the new logo blends in much better with the artistry in the knives.

The daggers are stunning pieces, although not my style. Julie's ability to fit the engraving to the piece has always a impressed me.

Good call on the logo, Chuck.

I do like the blade shape in the first dagger in post 7. Different from the others.
