My favorite, the MT. Very nice.

I think I want to get the one on the bottom (which one is it exactly?) and have a HT to accompany it!

:D

:D

Surfing Ronin,

The one on the bottom is an MT SS (SS standing for Spine Serrations). Funny you mention the HT, I received one today. It has the new flat grind. I opted for the Tan cordwrap/sheath. Seems like it will be an excellent knife. I'll post a picture tonight.

Here is a quick pic of my MT's little brother :D

BH,

I do like the serrations. Would you post a pic of both the HT & the MT/SS next to each other? How do you like the flat ground? I would like to get a HT with the old style hollow ground first, I think.

Anyways, nice knives & pics. Keep them coming!

:D

SR,

I havn't used it yet, but according to the strider guys, the flat grind performs better in every way. One thing I noticed, is that the flat grind reduces the scuffs from the kydes sheath that people were bitching about awhile back, but it dosen't matter to me either way. The flat grind seemes to have a beefier edge than the hollow ground blades, which both of my Model MT's are.

Pretty Cool! I was wondering if anyone had discussed this before, but is there a reason that the angle on the pommel region of the handle is bevelled differently on the big knives than the small ones and customs?

this is kinda strange, but ive noticed the exact opposite in kydex scuffing with the hollow and flat grinds, my WP and MT MOD 10 are hollow ground and they have no marks on them at all, wheras my MFS is flat, and its got some deep scratches running the whole lengnth of the blade. (although none of my other flat ground blades have scuffing like this)

not that it matters anyways:)

Kamp,

On the smaller models, the angle is opposite from the full sized models so that you can hold the knife in reverse grip. There are also traction grooves present, that are not on the full size models. The concelement/backup models are wicked little boogers. Really enjoying it.

Payback,

Huh, not sure on that one, My black cord MT has a lot of light marks on flats, but it's a used knife. The MT SS has some very light marks, but its newer. The HT is gettin some more, but I've been pulling it in and out of the sheath to break it in a little. Right now the fit is super tight, and every time I pull the HT out, it brings a bunch of kydex flakes with it. That will go away in time. Both MT's fit really well in the sheath, but are easy to draw. The HT Requires 2 hands to get out, again it's brand new so will require some break in time.

I've always liked the HT. The flat ground models look great. I'm curious as to why the HT comes with a SOE sheath instead of the kydex/teklok rig?
