Did Cold Steel ever make a 2-level wooden display stand? I seem to only remember the 1-level (usually shown with Tai-Pan) and the 3-level (usually shown with Emperor Collection). I looked through my old catalogs and couldn’t find anything, but then again, I don’t have every single one.

I'm not positive, but I don't believe Cold Steel did make a wooden two-tier stand. The only wood stands that I recall seeing were the single and triple that you mentioned. By early 1999, they had introduced the Lucite stands, and those also came in only single and triple.
I don't own all of the catalogs, either, so I could be proven wrong. I'll keep my eyes open and will let you know if I discover a two-tier.
