For those of you that was at the gathering, I'm sure you remember the M-18 that I made for Murphnuge. As far as the rest of you, there has been a lot of questions, comments, and even orders. So Murph and I got together and decided we should try to put some of these beasts in the hand of the good poeple of blade forums. Then we realized the only way that would happen was with good old fasion hard work. Damn! So here's proof that its happening. These two are already spoken for, but there are more on deck. A special thanks goes to Murph, who has helped getting materials to the shop and for setting at my junk saw for 2 hours cutting out 1/4 in. tool steel blanks. (That's no fun folks) he's been a big help! This is what we got done today.

Wow. Just amazing to watch something so sexy happen from something so plain. :) I'm gonna drool over the pics for a bit.

Sorry Thrill. Since Murph owns number 1 and I have several orders for more. I will be keeping #13 for myself. Just because I'm a social distortion fan. If you are you'd understand why.

Todd, what kind of steel is that and do you have a use for the cutoffs?

Damn, you'd think I'd be more on top of this thread. Good work and that man at the band saw needs a raise, I say double his beer ration!

Hey Eric! They are made of 01. The cut offs are the perfect size to make some small hatchets which is what I plan to do with them. But honestly with all the stuff I have to do it may be a long time before I get around to it. If your interested in them pm me.

You mean his oatmeal ration? awesome choice.

Dang, that's a lot of cutting!

I should also add that I ground a bit off the BK9. Calm down, nothing like the BK2 mishap. No, this was me removing the thumbramp.

Hell yeah! I agree 100% especailly since you bring the beer I say bring twice as much! Seriously folks. Murph has had a big part in helping me with this project and I appriciate it. Whew! Now that's out of the way I shouldn't have to say anything nice about him for a long time!
