This is my favorite knife, I bought it second hand and I have 2 questions. I know it has a secondary lock, but how do you enable it( I didn't get any instructions) and secondly I would really like a shoulder rig for it like emerson makes. Any idea where I could have one made?

I'm a huge fan of the CQD MKII, one of the most under rated knives out there IMO.
The secondary lock can be a bit sticky when the knife is new and may need to be pushed a couple of times to be activated. All you do is open the blade and slide the suare button on the thumb ramp forward. If it is tight just keep repeating the process of opening the blade and engaging the lock, it will work itself in as the mechanism "self polishes".
I have made several sheaths for mine but not like you're looking for (and I don't have time to make sheaths for other people anymore). I would check with Eric at OnScene Tactical and see if he can whip something out for you. Bob Dozier also does custom Kydex and I know he does shoulder rigs, give hima call and see if he'd do it..
