Hello to Joe and everyone, I have another knife to share. It has a dandy little damascus drop point blade 5 1/2" long and comes with a coffin handle of black locust wood. The trim is polished iron and includes an oval guard. I found that the pattern strongly resembled the elusive "Rivers and Streams" that initially drew me to Bill's work in 1985 from a SWAT magazine article and it ranks high as an all time favorite. Pictured alongside it is the hunter that Ebbtide asked to see again. (Enjoy!) The finish is still quite good even after Erik Fritz skinned Bill's Buffalo with it many Moons ago. That Bronze medallion is an ABS Founders medal with Col. James Bowie and the names of the 4 founding fathers on it's face. Thanks for stopping by and to Joe Paranee for posting these threads for everyone to view! Regards, Bob Furusho

funny, i just found THAT issue of SWAT magazine in a box at my mothers' house. I must have read that article a hundred times.

So many nice knives have come out of Bill's shop it amazes me.

Thanks again for the stories.

KOOL! I like both knives and especially the one with the guard. That medallion is VERY nice and is a treasure to behold!

Cool knives. The top one grabbed my eye right away. I've never seen the medallion prior to this post, thank you Joe and Bob!
