I have 2 more Beckers coming, (had to get the women involved.) There is a method to my madness. Got 2 Becker neckers for my wife & daughter. Currently have a BK2 & LOVE it. Just modded my sheath today, so it is MUCH more usefull, well to me anyway. If I had custom sheaths (that WOULD be nice) for all my blades, I would be out about a $1000 ! LOL :)

Sooo how many do you need to be a BeckerHead ??? LOL :)

Here they are. Please excuse my cordage. I have no idea yet on how to properly wrap.

I likey them all. More Beckers are in my future for sure. :D

I didn't think it was possible to make the BK2 look thin, but you've managed to pull it off. Congrats! :)

that ontario is 3/8 inch thick.......

Ontario cheated and just welded three BK10s together, or two BK2s, all that rough laser cutting is just to hide the welds :) snerk...

I really dont care, as long as it is HD, which it is, & can take a razor edge, which it can. I will post some pics of results when it & my BK-2 are done to my satisfaction. Many have told :jerkit: me that there is absolutely no way to get a razors edge on a knife that thick. I called BS. :D

Pics BK_2 is not quite there yet but still pretty sharp. BK-11 is scary sharp. RD-6 Sig series is scary sharp.

I don't suppose you could post an overall picture of that RD, could you?

I'm certainly glad you posted a spine shot, though. Even though I'd like to see the overall shape, it is not a knife I'll ever buy. Not into trying to pry open armored vehicles, so I don't think I'll need it. Good GRIEF!

Here you go. Sheath is just a cheapie, that i will have to mod like all my other sheaths, to be comfotable on me while wearing some HD knifeage. LOL I tend to like to keep the factory sheaths & just make them better, but i can see some custom sheaths in my future for sure.

What's the name of the sherpa that lugs that hunk of iron around for you?

Nice looking knives - certainly seem sharp enough. I don't usually bother keeping my 11 super sharp anymore - every time I get the edge nice, I go and hammer it through a bunch of stuff. Shaving sharp is as far as I go on the heavy use stuff.

Wow that RD is a monster. :) How much did that set you back? Great pictures.

I was about to say the same thing, in the same words. MONSTER! But it really looks NICE, nice shape. Too thick for me, but I have to admire it.

Now, the bush series... I think the Afghan Bush just might have my name on it. :D

Same thickness as a BK-2, 1/4". It was $150, & i carry all my own gear.

What are you guys using to put the thumb grip notches on the top of blade ? I need to do this to a lot of my knives. Thanks for the help.

heck yeah, i don't do that ultra-light crap myself. a day hike or a week in the woods, i carry the same amount of gear :o how far are you from north nj/gwb/harriman state park? you can go hiking with riz_aaroni and myself one of these days to break-in those knives.

Man, that thing is more than 1/4" thick! I know that is what all the specs say that I can find. But either it is more, or the BK is less.... or the perspective is weird. :D

Are you talking about the top of the BK-2? I know TAGannon did his with a cross-cut file, like is used to do checkering on gun-stocks.

3/8" thick. So it's like a BK-2 & BK-11 together, for thickness. I like me some HD knifeage !!! :D
