Ok I had to go play the back and forth game with the Hinderer 3" XMs and the 3.5" XMs

So I am in the process of selling my last of 6 XM 18s Spanto-- 3.5 Flipper ( in productions FS) New Logo..
I so very much enjoyed the transition back to a BEEFY knife in my pocket.......

BUT as I have found being a CHEF..The XM 18 3" are IMO... the most unique and versitale of the XM knives the Hinderer Farm puts out.

Scored back again a XM 18 3" Flipper/Slicer from my Buddy Tony (owned 4 or 5 and sold or traded them)

And Just TODAY received a LONG awaiting XM 18 3" Non Flipper/Slicer FDE from my Buddy Brandon...Thanks "B"

I can only say---I truly love the size of these knives and for ME...They fit LIKE a glove in my POCKET...
Simply must be HONEST with myself and --"If its not BROKE---Dont FIX IT"..

I as of TODAY (No offense to anyone) I am a TRUE XM 18 3" Life Long Dedicated Carrier...

I simply am so very impressed with these XMs...For the FIRST TIME owners... You are truly a select few that should be honored to carry one of these knives.

KUDOS to the WHOLE Team @ the HINDERER FARM for their contributions to US addicted to their creations..

Sorry all for bad pcitures I cook...My photograhic skills are pretty aweful..My apologies...

I'm enjoying my 3" XM as well. Solid build, great design, lightweight and just plain cool.

Coming from a 3.5", I love my 3" a lot more as far as size and EDC go.

I think I'm in the same boat with you brotha..

I have a couple of 3" and love them...I carry 3.5" mostly and a 24 occasionally.
All are great options for different scenarios...:D

I was planning on getting a 3.5 spanto flipper, now you guys have me thinking about 3 inch slicer. Which you guys think flipper or non flipper?

In a 3"? Daily carry? I say non-flipper. Then again, I daily carry a 3" non-flipper slicer. When they make a 3" wharnie, I'll carry that. Until then, 3" slicer.
