I have a new 3" slicer non flipper and a new 3.5" flipper Spanto coming on Friday!!!!! Photos will be posted!

Thanks Mod. Sorry I beat you out on that 3.5". It was just pure luck that I checked a few minutes before you did!

I am sort of glad you got it though because earlier that day I bid on a new 3.5" Spanto Flipper 3rd gen & won it so I'm glad I didn't have to pay for 2 Hinderers that day, when I only needed 1.
 
Good score there Maprik, I know how excited you must be, as I was beside myself waiting for my first one, (not that this your first). Enjoy, and look forward to the pics.
 
Truth be told, I will probably only keep one of these knives. While I think the 3" non-flipper is so perfect for my EDC my curiosity for what the 3.5" flipper feels like became overwhelming and so I just had to experience it for myself. Either way, it'll be wonderful to have both here and spend some time evaluating them for my own personal needs. I may keep both but I'm not really prone to keeping knives that I won't carry. I do wonder, however, if I will want to carry BOTH at the same time!!!!!!!!!

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if you do carry both. I always carry both a 3" & a 3.5". For a 3" it's usually an XM, for a 3.5 it's sometimes an XM or an Umnumzaan.
 
:grumpy: Rats!!! 3.5" is held up coming from BC, Canada. Probably won't get it until Monday... but the 3" non-flipper is out for delivery! :D
 
congrats, I've been waiting for the right 3.5 to show up as well but in the mean time one of the sites got in a new Les George VECP 2.0 so I opted for that.

Les is one hell of a cool dude. If you don't know him, I highly recommend trying to meet him.

Once the 3.5 arrives and pushes the 3" out of your pocket....I'm easy to contact..;)

Oh yeah! The 3" Slicer NON flipper is here!!!! It's awesome!!! I loved the flipper version too but never got used to the flipping and so the flipper actually got in my way when I was using the thumbflick. I had to make sure I was holding the handle low enough that the flipper didn't contact my hand and block the flick. Anyway, I am super happy with this and actually glad that I'll get to carry this all weekend before the 3.5" gets here in a few days.... Then I'll carry the 3.5" for a couple of days and we'll see what my verdict is!

beautimus knives fellas! Should have known gents with exquisite tastes such as yourselves would have VECP's also. lol. Nice knife Maprik. looking forward to the carry comparison, it will play a role in my future purchase no doubt. No pressure to make it good or anything though. ;)
