I live in dwight and just a few miles south once a year they have the " threshermans reunion" One of the oldest festivals in the country. They do the old fashioned corn shelling, shoeing horses, cutting wood, black smithing, etc, etc, etc. Anyway on top of this there is one heck of a flea market. And usually a fair share of knives. but there is one guy with tons of knives. and most of them mint. Kinfloks, case, camillus, western, schrade, and the list goes on. So I found this pair and had to give a bill for them but that seemed fair they are unused and getting a little hard to come across. he has a set that I have never seen before that im debating going back to get so I need some input. It is 2 uncle henrys new in the brown box with the stag handles. they are a series of 1000 something frontiers or pioneers??? anyway it is a 144 uh and a what would be an lb7 but with the fake stag. Box is mint and both knives are numbered and even has a plastic cover over the knives.. he is asking $170 for the set does that ring a bell to anyone or sound high, Ive never seen anyting like that maybe I'l go get a pic or heck just buy em LOL. let me know how ya like my oranges!!! - Joel

i think i saw that same set on the bay and it didn't go for $170 if memory serves me correctly. so i'm thinking he is a might proud of it. hey if he has an LB2 would you get it for me.;)

Yea hal it looks just like that but it is the pioneer or fronteer or something like that and they are like 900 something of 1000.- Joel
