2 questions about Vic Spirit

1.) I usually prefer Nylon sheaths/cases. Does getting Leather or Nylon case for the Victorinox Spirit make much difference? It seems like Leather is easier to find.

2.) anybody know an authorized online dealer for the Victorinox spirit multi-tool? Where I can buy it?

I bought the Plus version which came with a leather pouch. When I carry just the tool without the wrench and bits I carry it in my Leatherman Pulse pouch.
