2 ready to go

Here are 2 knives I have almost ready to go out. The small 5" Combat is what I call the civilian modle. The other one is my 7.5" Camp knife.
The sheaths need the edge cleaned up in the pictures but thought these would make a good post because of the horizontal sheath that was dicussed last week or so.
Both 0-1 with Micarta.

Nice: relatively simple design with clean lines... Proven blade steel (01 carbon steel right?). And well contoured handles it looks like too. So kudos dude!

- Oooh - is that a differntial temper line?!?!

I like the look of that small sheath. The "double loop" design looks very useful.
On the right track if not better!

Yep - Thats a temper line. I differnsial Heat treat so I get a soft spine and a hard edge all in one process. Thats become my trademark I guess

Those are both beauties. I really like your camp knife, and that natural Micarta really looks great on there.
