I'm a lurker here more than anything, but I do, do knife reviews on Youtube when I find stuff interesting. I review a lot of headlamps and flashlights though, and that's how I got my start. My channel is small, my videos take some time, and my budget isn't big so I also review a lot of budget stuff. Most of my knife reviews are from three and a half to 7 minutes, so I try to keep them short and to the point. Anyway, here are 2 reviews of Spydercos... one lent to me, one I bought. These aren't your regular knife reviews, as they aren't table top style, and I script them completely- so there's some jokes you may or may not like in them. First is the Temperance 2. I wish I had more time to test this one out, but it was a loaner and not for me to beat up. It's a well balanced knife for it's size, and I'd like to pick one up some day. I've had good luck with VG-10 in my EDC of several years, so I expect it to hold up well in this blade too.

Next is my Lil Lionspy. I like this bugger, even though it set me back quite a bit. It's an overbuilt blade that many of you here are familiar with. Anyway, I take it to places most wouldn't with a knife of this price- and shoot it like a short film.

Anyway, I try not to take myself too seriously in any of the videos. Thanks!

Like what? Any additional thoughts not in the video? I've been carrying it two or three days a week. One thing I've noticed is the clip and it's point of attachment. It's not rounded off so it kind of scratches my hand when I reach in my pocket. Other than that it's a pretty good knife.

Great style in your video, loved the dialogue and satire and lack of "uhhh...and....like....and....uhhh....and....uhhh" that plague most review videos. And some great comments about a knife I've been eyeballing for awhile. Thank you!

I script all my reviews out and try not to repeat myself. I tend to ramble, so it keeps me from doing it. I put a lot of time into them, so it's nice when it's appreciated . Thanks!

Aaaand subscribed. That was one of the more entertaining review videos I've seen in a while. The color commentary was great, too. I'm looking forward to watching more when I get the chance.

Thanks man!

Probably one of the most honest, funny, and straightforward reviews I have come across for both knives. The arm hair shaving freaks me out a bit, but it's gotta be done I suppose? What's a good review without arm hair shaving? That's the first thing I do when I go into Bass Pro and check out a Case knife..... Well done by the way, keep up the great work!

Every now and then I do a few reviews over a week. That's usually my first test ... And my wife is asking me why there's no hair on that part of my arm. ...Knife stuff...
