I recently bought a Flat ground GB on BF and when I got it there was a little vertical blade play. I wasn't very concerned 'cause I had read here so many good things about Striders warranty and cust. service. So I contacted Strider by email and Steve said just send it in with a letter stating what you want done to it and it will take about a week. NOT! My GB didn't even touch down in CA for 24HRS before it was 2day FEDEX back to me!!

According to my tracking # the GB was delivered to strider around 1pm on Mon and they reconditioned my knife and shipped it out Tues AM and I got it back at my house Thurs AM! It looks so good and they were so fast I thought maybe they just sent me a new one at first, but after VERY close inspection, I found a character mark on the spine of the blade that I remember so at least the blade is the same. Which means to me that these guys practically openned the package with my knife, read the enclosed email correspondence, did the work and packaged it up to go out with the next days shipping pick-up. I'm racking my meager brain here but I can't think of anything else that you could possibly ask for from a company!!! WELL DONE STRIDER GUYS. and thank you.

My experience is pretty much the same as UT's - Great. Have a GB that was really stiff, finally sent it in to have the Striderguys take a look. Sent it last Saturday morning, had it back in my hands on Thursday!!! Unreal CS. By the way, it's now as smooth as most of my dress customs! Damn, these guys are good.
