Here is an excellently done 20 inch AK by the kami with no name. This is a light weight version which comes in at 2.25 pounds and is an easy swinger. I rather like these lighter versions because they are easy to handle and at my age and in my condition this is a plus. You get the 20 inch performance and don't have to kill yourself swinging. The fit, finish, hardness are all up to HI standards. Karda and chakma good. Scabbard well done and tooled by sarki with no name.

The only problem with this entire rig is a very narrow crack in the handle. It's a superglue fix.

But I still love the medium range khukuris and probably always will.
Sometimes the favorites never do change.:D

But those are some dayumed nice lookin AK's and I would still be proud to own one.:)
 
NDN won't admit to RESEARCH but at least he admits to being an old fart!I'll settle for being half right! Some of us "older" genlemen,even though we are frail can still swing the big ones!By the way NDN, ran into Blues at the Guild!He almost BROKE my hand when he squeezed it & laughed when I fell to my knees(he's huge, I'm just a tiny ,old ,frail man)! He told everyone I was released from jail & to watch their knives! Sigh,I'm going to give up being NICE!!

And just what do you mean, "NDN won't admit to research, but....."

This ol' ndn has done lots of Research and has always admitted to it and hopefully I will be able to continue with that for a long, long time.
However I also admit to HIKV and that's your "hangup.":D
My HIKV is what lead me to do "Research" to begin with and what spurs me on to doing even more valid research even if the methods have changed significantly here in the last few months.:D
I may be down, but I'm dayumed sure not "out", quite yet anyway.:p:D

NDN, been close to being shot,not by a husband(honest,I didn't know) but by a woman! You are beginning to make my head hurt by flip flopping between Research & the other!!

That's one thing I agree with you about Tsimi wholeheartedly, Bro. Tsimi better leave those women alone and stick to his research.
 
I wish I could afford this one today. I have always wanted a 20" AK. A light one to boot. But alas my budget will only allow 100.00 towards a Khuk right now. Too bad both blem 20" AKs weren't on One knife, then I would try to talk you down Uncle. HeHe:D Well nice dream any way. Take Care all.............
