Are the Domino and Southard from Spyderco my only options, or am I missing a few?

I've had all three. To pick just one, I'd take the Southard. Great steel, very comfortable, nicer, longer blade.
The Dice is also a super knife...decently-length handle combined with a shorter blade in a good steel. Particularly works well if you wish to gift or carry in some states that have 3-inch blade-length limitations...
