2000 Mach 1 question

The blade on the knife appears to have a chisel type edge.
Can anyone offer advice on he appropriate way to sharpen the blade?

My focus was whether to sharpen it on both sides. I'm familiar on methods of sharpening. Thank you.

Sharpen the front side, just remove the burr off the back side.
