2007 SE ASH1 versus CG ASH1

Has anyone else noticed the difference between the handles for the 2007 SE ASH1 and the CG ASH1? Here are a couple of photos:

I am referring to how the handles are beveled near the front and rear Talon holes on the 2007 SE ASH1. This is merely an observation...
 
Hmmm, I think the bottom one is defective. I would have to take a closer look at it, email me for shipping info:)
 
Noticed the difference in the bevels near the holes.

The palm swells are shaped on the CG, there's more meat around the tube fasteners on the CG vs the SE.

The balance is significantly different between the 2. Feels like the center of mass, as opposed to the balance point, is farther forward on the CG. Being almost twice as thick may contribute to that :rolleyes:.

I want to hold farther forward on the CG, the SE I want to be back at the pommel. Noticing the same between the skinny and HOG wardens.
