Here are some photos of two of my Bloodbathaganzaaa scores, a #7D (2007 SE BATAC) and #7A (2007 SE GW):

Wow, nice pics Doc. I scored the same blades, now I can drool over your pics till I get them. That warden sure is a fatty.

Awesome pics. I think the BATACSE is my favorite medium sized Busse blade of all time. :

Very nice!

Great pics! The most clear Digi pics I see come from you:thumbup:

Did you use a portrait(90-105 range lens) or a standard lens?
These look like they were shot with a portrait length lens that makes the blade look a little short.

I just can't figure out why in some of your pics the blades look shorter:confused:

When you use your standard lens does it do this?
Your pics are super great:thumbup: I'm just courius about the blades.

Thanks for more great pics!

I'll be sending all my knives to you to photograph. Just let me know your fees. :D

Due to working distance, I tend to use the Nikkor 105mm VR Micro lens for smaller blades, such as MRS and and smaller, and the Nikkor 60mm Micro lens for larger blades. Both of these are genuine macro lenses, which provide some extras not found in standard lenses: correct perspective (straight lines appear as straight lines in the photo), the ability to use a smaller aperture (meaning smaller than f/22), and the ability to focus closer. Many people think of macro only as the ability to focus closer, and for some P&S cameras, that is unfortunately what macro means.

Fees? Oh, I know. For every three knives you send to be photographed, I'll return two of them.
