The KITH is closed now. the 34 folks in already are the KITH. Here is what is going to happen, and how you all can keep it running smoothly.
I will have the names drawn today, and try and email the people their recipient by Tuesday night. I will use a read-receipt on the emails ,so I will know that you got it. Check your emails for the next few days to get the info.
On arrival of your shipping information, make up the label and put it on the box you have ready. Write a note with all the particulars and any information you wish the recipient to know, and put it in the box. Be sure to give your email address ( and phone number, if you wish) on the note so the person can let you know it arrived. Wrap the knife securely, and mail it,insured for $100, to the person. BTW, I highly recommend Priority Mail boxes, and delivery confirmation. Double check the shipping info and mail the box by this Saturday. If it is going to Canada, or Italy, you will have to fill out a short form at the Post Office. Mark it as GIFT, value $100, and the description as TOOL.
After mailing the knife, email me "KNIFE SHIPPED".

When your knife arrives, send me an email saying it arrived, and post in the "Woo-Hoo, My KITH Knife Arrived" thread. An email to the sender is a nice thing to do, too.

I will keep track of all this and check up on any knives that are running slow.
Recipients in Canada, and Italy, should expect their knives in about two weeks.....around Christmas. USA recipients should have them in a week, around the 18th.
If there are any problems or delays, please let me know immediately. Then I can let the recipient know ,without him knowing who it is coming from.
Thanks to all of you for making this years KITH a good experience.
