2010 Knifemakers Guild Show Schedule and Agenda
Thursday Sept 16:
Noon-6:00 PM - Technical Committee Inspections- Hilton Board Room 2nd Floor: New probationary members and two-year probationary members must get their knives inspected. Bring at least 4 knives. New members also bring your promotional materials as described in the by-laws.
7:30 PM-?: Presidents Gala for Honorary Members: Meet and greet for makers and collectors, food, entertainment, first chance knife lotteries, door prizes. Coat and tie requested. 10th floor Grand Ballroom
Friday Sept 17
8: 00 AM10:00 AM - Guild Business Meeting 10th Floor Grand Ballroom: Elections of President, Vice President and two board members. Introduction of new probationary and voting Guild members. General business. NOTE: New Guild applicants need to attend to get your probationary memberships certificates. 2-year probationary members need to attend to get your voting membership certificates and badges.
10:00 AM11:00 AM 10th floor Grand Ballroom: Judging of knives for Guild awards and Frazier Award. (Judges only).
11:00 AMNoon: Show opens to Honorary Members.
