My 10 year wedding anniversary was on the 24th of November. My wife and I left all 3 children at home for a much needed 3 day trip to the mountains. My wife is a "Domestic Engineer" so she has no income. I wasn't expecting much from her as far as a present goes, which is fine since we really don't put much stock in gifts. Well, to my surprise she has been saving money for a special present for me. That has made this present much more sentimental to and It is perfect.

I love the small 2011 annual so much that I managed to acquire a large in a trade.

Freakin special. Great knife, and way more important, great wife!

Congratulations!

Wish my wife would do that for me but then she might fiqure out how much I spend on Chris Reeve knives. I picked up a 2011 about 3 weeks ago. The 2011 grows on you, glad I purchased one. Congrats on the 2011 and your wife.

Very nice knife. I got a Large 21 as an engagement present. I was surprised when I opened it and will always keep it.

Congratulations.

How awesome brother! Great story, great wife and great pictures too.
And as you say, it may be an awesome knife, but the heart of the one who gave it makes it that more special. Thanks for sharing.

that's an awesome anniversary present, and a great looking set. I remember seeing these at the plaza cutlery show....if only i had the extra funds.

#10 - "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his (donkey), nor any thing that is thy neighbour's INCLUDING HIS SEBENZA'S! ." - King James (annotated)

Difficult one to follow, sometimes.:o

What a fantastic and excellent present. Happy anniversary brother.

It is great to have a spouse that appreciates your hobby. You are lucky to have that in your life.

Your wife has excellent taste, sir. She and mine must be cut from the same cloth. Careful with their money and able to do amazing things with what they do have.

God bless you both and may you have many more years together.
