Hi 300 Buck Fans,

Just got my 2011 Buck catalog. Some great new 300 models for 2001. They are:
Buck 302 Solitaire- Single blade version of the Buck 301
302 Solitaire CW
302 Solitaire DW
302 Solitaire - Yellow
302 Solitaire - Sawcut black

Buck 306 Duet - Buck 305 with scissors replacing the coping blade
306 Duet DW
306 Duet - Yellow
306 Duet - Pink
306 Duet - Sawcut black

301 Chairman Series
Chuck Bucks signature moved to flip side and blue buck anvil added to the front side.

Well, In all Honesty

I was hoping for something else. Mr. Hubbard will be wrong if this is it, Buck won't be getting my money....I will likely buy one single blade 301 to go with the protypes but the re-invented clippers don't attract me at all. Fixing up the Chairman is a good style move. But I do not collect 301s.
Was hoping for a 301/303 two blade. Oh well.

Anybody know when these will be available? Several of my Buds liked my 301 singleshot. I'm sure they'll be glad to hear that they will soon be available.

Are all of these USA made? I'd imagine they would be, but you don't know these days and I won't buy off shore productions regardless of the forever warranty Buck offers.

+1 Craig. Like you, I may pick up one or two of the 302's but for the most part, I'm "underwhelmed" by the new offerings. The Duet is just too tiny to attract me although it might make a good little ladies knife.

Maybe in 2012.
 
When are we supposed to get our 2011 catalogs, I havent got anything sence I joined except the intro package.
 
I got one of the yellow 301 solitaire prototypes. I like it so much that I may buy some for gifts this year.

The 306 is not of interest. Too small.

A two-bladed 301 offspring would be dinkum stuff, for sure. But I know that with the economy so tight, there are only so many line expansions possible. Next year in the Catalog! (a play on the ending of the Haggadah. Everyone should try a Seder sometime. It's more fun than a Catholic High Mass Wedding, and takes about as long. But, I maunder...More Beer!)
