Thought I'd start a thread to provide thomas with out ideas/requests for limited production runs.

I love orange and I love my Kershaw needs work. So I'm thinking a Composite Blade Sandvik/D2 Needs work with an orange handle would be the ultimate work knife. D2 blade toughness the coolness of the composite blade and hard to lose on the jobsite orange color.

what's you want list for a limited run this year?

A re-run of the purple and the blue Blurs would be nice. Black as well as composite. :) Purple Leek with black and composite blades.

Elmax Blur with a titanium framelock on the back and an orange smoke anodized aluminum front like the purple and black smoke prototype Thomas posted a few days ago. I just like the old orange Blur, but I suppose it would also sell well around here for Oregon Beavers fans. I'm not taking sides in the Ducks/Beavers war though.

purple blur with elmax blade and a flipper would be pretty epic

add a frame lock and i'll take 8 :D

A more reasonable request: a tanto blur without serrations, preferably in s30v stonewash but bead blast would be fine also. The glassbreaker on this would probably help it sell maybe call it the "s30v Tactical Blur" but with or without I'd still buy one.

Not a bad idea

But PLEASE...... something PURPLE! I just got a Breakout in purple, I would love a Leek or Blur to go with it........ :D

A framelock Blur would be awesome.

Yes, a frame lock Blur would be awesome. I think the thin little liner lock is the only thing keeping it from being a perfect EDC. I've gotten used to seeing frame locks and heavy duty liner locks like on the NGR and the JYD so now when I see a thinner liner lock and think cheap and flimsy. I know Blurs aren't cheap or flimsy, I own two of them, though one gives me trouble if I push the blade too had through something. The lock will slide over to the other side of the blade and it's a bugger to get disengaged. If I could get my hands on a frame lock Blur the first thing I'd do is put the ZDP-189 combo blade in it and be all smiles. :D:D:D

How about a solid zdp-189 blade on a Tilt, with polished finish on the blade and ti scale, and a G-10 scale on the opposing side.

best

If Kershaw is still working with G&G, I'd love to see a ZT T.O.A.D. Honestly, I just want a big ole chunk of ELMAX as a blade. I'm talking 4"+.
