Time to get things moving on the details of the HTM Forum Gunhammer (see this thread, especially Hark's post)! Right now, the only feature that's set in stone is that it'll have a manual flipper with Maxx Glide bearing pivot. Blade shape will be either Bowie or Torpedo (you choose at the time of ordering). The blade steel will be a premium PM steel -- possibly Elmax. The cost will be $310 per person for the version with anodized aluminum handles, and we'll need a minimum of 25 orders to go ahead with this.
I've already started a thread soliciting input on the handle anodizing color. Another option we need to decide on is the blade finish. The options are: stonewashed, non-glare (tough to describe unless you've seen it in person -- it sort of looks like a cross between stonewashed and bead-blast, but without the pores that make the latter blade finish relatively susceptible to corrosion), and DLC. Please vote for which one you'd like to see in the poll at the top of this thread, and of course feel free to clarify/elaborate in the comments (e.g., if you voted for stonewashed but would be fine with non-glare too).
Picture to help a bit: the Bowie flipper at the top has a non-glare blade finish, while the Radian auto (with a bit of glare from the flash) at the bottom has a stonewashed blade finish.
