I hate to be narcissistic, but I thought some of you guys might enjoy seeing this buck that I harvested off of my parents property. Not quite as big as the Buck I killed last year, still a beautiful creature as far as I'm concerned.

Great buck! Should be proud of that one. This will be the last week of black powder hunting in mn. Really hope I can fill my tag. Odds are I won't even see a buck that nice.

Shot this one with a 30-06
Field dressed him with my Busse CABS for anyone who cares to know.

Nice buck Whetrock! While I prefer to bowhunt, we have some rifle restrictions here in Indiana when it comes to deer hunting. I'd love to take one with my .308win. Cool CABS.

Good job, I see your not to far north of me. Seems like Oklahoma has a better deer population than North Tx has had. I have heard a lot more people who have hunted in Oklahoma this year talk about harvesting a deer than those South of the Red River.

Never even heard of Tupelo Oklahoma?

Very nice buck, I have not had the time I would have liked to get out this year.
I have hunted close (I guess?) to you, around the Smithville area.

Spent 5 days this year camping/hunting around Mena Arkansas.
Not real far from your area.

Congrats!
Thats a nice buck, should be real proud of that one.

It's a little town of about 300 or so. A speed trap, gas station, and school are about all that's there. It's south of Ada 30 miles or so. Kinda odd, but my Grandpa actually hunts in Mena from time to time and owns some property there.
