2013 Catalog PDF

most excellent. now, for a paper copy :)

then knives!

and then, the world.

arrrrrrrrrr

I need a paper copy so I can take it to my loan officer and get financing........

One a more serious note.... Really, unless you want knife in something other than tried and true steels like 1095, AUS8A, 440B, 1085, or a particular design just grabs your interest, I see no reason to look at any other production knife company.

Dumbest thing I have ever done (knife wise) was selling my Potbelly, but I have a new one, so life is great again. :D:thumbup:

I contemplate seriously, the prospect of selling off my fixed blades to purchase a potbelly..

Put in request for mail catalog the other day. We'll see which year comes in the mail when it arrives! xD

I can honestly say that many knives have passed through my hands, but for useability and functionality, I have handled nothing else that comes close to the Potbelly, for my requirements. I'm debating custom micarta, not sure yet. I will buy other knives, of course, but the JAB Potbelly will be my go to blade.

Sorry if this gets way off topic of this thread, but I gotta say, I've had the Potbelly for 6 weeks, and it's really my favorite "big" knife. I'm not a real "big" knife aficionado, and I don't change knives every time the wind shifts (my current edc have been (yes plural) in my pocket for over a decade) but I really like this knife, I find myself making up tasks just to use it. I honestly feel a little guilty sort of like I'm being unfaithful to my normal tools... this must be what having an affair is like, sort of a mid-life crisis (only a little late in my case).

Ah well, what I don't understand, is why there isn't a bigger following for this knife. Seriously guys, if there's a secret club for Potbelly fanfolks, let me know. There's the Beckerheads, how about the "Potbellies", or the "Adventurous PotBellies"? :D
