Hi All,

I know some folks and some Dealers have been sent the 2013 catalogs already! So how about some photo's of this year's Limited Edition knives.

The cavalry is on it's way. I just got scans of pages 9 through 31 of the new catalog from Larry. You should be getting it soon if you haven't already. There will be four e-mails in total to BCCI members from him, each with part of the catalog.

Good stuff. Old models now available with S30V is just one thing new.
 
Correction, not all the pages, just the ones with new models and interesting upgrades to older ones. Just got the second e-mail.

Some cool new handles available on the Bantam series.

I like the 286 and all of the different color/camo schemes. I think it'll sell well if the price is right. Like the Avid Stockman as well. It looks pretty cool sporting brass bolsters.
 
I'd never seriously considered buying one of these until I saw this one. It may just change my mind.

Wow, you are SO right about that! I just checked and even with the once a year, Pro discount that thing would be $260! :eek::barf: The standard one (if it ever becomes available on their web site :confused:) would only be $96.80.

I can't see the LE costing over 2 1/2 times more and I sure as heck won't buy one even at the Pro discount. These out a sight prices are one of the reason I quit buying the club knives.

It could be worse, it could be like the Spyderco collector's club, where you're required to buy one of every knife that comes out:eek:. I imagine that gets expensive very fast.

I have to admit, I think camo handles on a knife are worse than pointless, but a couple of those brighter Bantams are tempting as well.
 
They have alot of neat knives for 2013! I was hooked on that Hoodlum until I checked the price as well. I love my standard model. ;)

I am pumped to see some of the Alpha series knives with S30V as well.

Yep, some nice looking 2013 knives for sure! I like the Buff handle 120LE & some of the WBC knives. However, the prices and the issues I had with last years LE's may just keep me at bay.....if you know what I mean;). I see the 124 is still in the 2013 catalog price list and am happy to see they have put the 500 Duke back as a standard issue knife again....I hope this means it will be added to the CS line up!

Holly Cow! $650 MSRP:eek:.....
Thats five to seven new "KaBar Beckers" w/ 1095 Cro-Van (56-58 HRC) or five to seven new "Ontario Ranger RD" series w/ 5160 Steel (53-55 HRC). Pretty wood handle, but not a practical buy for me! Still waiting to hold one of all three in the Buck/Hood series.
