With out a doubt, the Toby`s Knife, designed by Peter Howard (KYenglish) was the best selling model in 2013.

OK. I have a V2.0, but I think I need an original as well. Is that black canvas micarta in the second photo? If so, add some red liners and send me one just like it! Put me on your February list please.

Mine is my kitchen paring knife, butter spreader, sandwich cutter, cheese and sausage knife. Heck, I use it for everything!

It`s black micarta. You know the drill, email or pm, you can`t expect someone as old as me to remember the details! :D
