I'm still in shock that my name was called by Rick. My wife has the flu, so I took some quick pics to show my choice from yesterday's lottery at the NYCKS. It was a pleasure meeting Rick, Rob and Mike. My first knife show and MY name was called... Crazy.

I swapped out the textured scale, the plain Ti pivot screw and the copper standoffs. And added a Steel Flame Crusader handle nut. Love it.

Thanks for looking,
Chris

Congrats on the lotto win bro!! Looks sweet for sure with the cross and the copper

Congrats on the first knife show AND your name being called. Truly a win! That knife looks fantastic, I think I'm starting to love that DLC!

That thing is just awesome! Congratulations. I hope that your wife feels better soon. Try not to get any barf on that beautiful slicer.

Nice score, congratulations. Wonder what she would like with bronzed ti scale screws and bronzed pivot screw. Not a huge fan of the cross on other knives but it looks really good on yours. Hope the wife gets to feelin better soon. Cheers

Beautiful and congratulations. I'm starting to develop a real love affair with XM18s in general after buying my first one. The whole package looks great!

You ROCK.. Great choice CONGRATS SIR !!!!!.....Prayers for your wife.. Keep your distance.........................;)

I'm sitting here staring at your knife and drooling. My dream Hinderer is an all black one. I'm jealous man!

Congrats Chris!! That thing rocks w/ the textured CF & copper standoffs! What a way to christen your first show, I have to admit I'm a bit jealous - but more happy for you!

Oh, get better wishes for your wife - it may be just the flu but to me it's like death.. Let her hold the DLC, I think they have magical healing properties...

Really, really nice.
It is very cool having your name called.

Congratulations to you, sir.

Thank you all for the kind words. It was truly an amazing experience that I will always remember.

A very special thanks to Rick and the rest of the crew for giving people this opportunity!

Congrats man. Great choice. I have to admit when I first saw the copper standoffs I wasn't 100% sure about them! but now I have a set on most my knives. Awesome setup you have.
