Our Nineth Annual CKCA Mini-Knife Show will take place on Thursday Night June 1st, 2017 as part of our Banquet/Annual Meeting. That's the night before the start of Blade Show. You won't want to miss this. We welcome anyone who would like to join us, member or not, for an evening of fellowship and great food!

It's becoming "THE Event" to start off a great Blade Show experience. We have a great evening planned including our annual mini-knife show, announcements and much more.

The cost has slightly increased due to cost increases with Maggaino's. It will be $48.00/person and must be paid in advance. Please purchase tickets for the banquet in advance by using link below to our website and pay via Paypal or send us a check, which must be received before May 25th.

Let us know if you have a dietary restriction so we may be able to accomodate you. Menu is located on our website.

Maggiano's Little Italy, located in the Cumberland Mall across the Cobb Galleria, 6:00pm.

Doors will open at 5:45pm.

Tickets must be purchased by 11:00 AM CST, May 25th.

You can purchase your tickets at:

This is the time the CKCA membership has the opportunity to purchase very special knives at attractive prices from some of the finest knifemakers in the world who they normally may not have access to.

The Process/Rules:

• Only CKCA members (those present at our show and not) will be eligible to purchase knifemaker's knives.

• Knifemakers, of course, retain 100% of proceeds from all sales.

• CKCA members who will not be present at our show will have until Friday May 26th @ 12 noon CST to direct myself (Ryan Hays) in writing via e-mail to deposit a ticket into a particular maker's "draw box". By directing me to place a ticket into a maker's "draw box" the buyer is committing themselves to purchase such knife/knives if name is drawn.

Now lets checkout those beautiful knives being offered!

Samuel Lurquin has donated his Furious Maximus to the CKCA to be given away at Blade Show 2017. It also comes with a shark skin sheath made by a leathermaker Paul Long. Also Thank You to Caleb Royer for providing the photography!

You have until May 31st to renew or join the CKCA to get in on this amazing knife raffle!

A few years ago we began "Giving Back To Our Membership" at our banquet. We have had gracious donations from Kyle Royer, Jerry Fisk, CAS Brothers, Roger Glaser, Michael Ruth Jr, and many more makers provide a knife along with books, display boxes by Mark Schilling and swag, to name a few.

This year is no exception and we look forward to what our knifemaker member will provide this year along with other items and swag!
Door Prizes – Give-Away Drawings:

Every CKCA member who makes a reservation and attends our Banquet on Thursday night June 1st will receive (1) chance to be drawn as winner of each of our door prizes/give-aways.

You have to be present in the banquet room at the time of the drawings to be eligible to win the give-aways.

The above processes/rules are intended to promote fairness for all CKCA members.

Mark Schilling once again is providing a handcrafted display box to our membership. Tollie’s African Safaris donated the African Rosewood (aka Bubinga).

Truly, the CKCA Banquet is the highlight of my Blade Show weekend.
Anyone NOT attending is missing out on a spectacular evening.

Got tickets for me and the little woman;) Really look forward to this event. Looks like a great line up for the mini show!
