I feel compelled to add this.... I was able to get to this show on Sunday, thankfully! I saw my buddy Danbo, and I marveled at just how good this show has become... even on a Sunday! I heard that it was packed on Friday and Saturday. Even on Sunday, there was some fine knives to be seen. Sadly... I didn't have any money to buy any of the knives I liked, but I did end up buying two handmade Canadian wool toques from a particular vendor. Sadly for the rest of you... the fine Canadian Grandma that was making these has passed, and they are now gone. I think the overall quality of this show is slowly going up. Highlight for me was seeing the master Kevin Cashen sword. Even just the chance to meet him and see that sword made the trip for me worthwhile. I think any of you within sane distance of this show really needs to attend this one.
